Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What a blast! I had an awesome weekend up in Steven's Point Wisconsin for Daishocon. There were so many friends and familiar faces and it was so cool to chill with artists and fellow geeks and OMG TEAM MAKESHIFT!

  Hahaha, you all are hilarious and are the best stalkers ever!

DaishoCon also had a decent video game room, not as epic as Geek.kons but still a lot of fun.  I kicked it old school on some NES's.  The table top gaming room was one of the greatest things I've ever seen.  I picked up 3 games and if I didn't have to keep an eye on my table, I'd probably have jumped in on some oversized chess, settlers of catan, and some of the pokemon tournaments.

I displayed some new pieces which I'll be uploading soon, as well as sketched out some cool ideas for future projects.

Huge thanks to all who stopped by my table, I appreciate the support and it was so good to see everyone again! This concludes my 2010 Convention list and what a truly wonderful year it has been.  I can't express how thankful I am for the wonderful feedback, the excitement and motivation to pursue more projects and your support to pursue these projects.  Thank you so so much!

If there is a cool convention in your area, please let me know!  I'd like to make 2011 even better!
