Has a Pokemon ever tossed a pokeball at human before?

It would be awesome if a Lickitung jumped out from the tall grass and tossed a pokeball while screaming, "Cubecrazy2! I CHOOSE YOU!"
And out of the ball I pop with rainbows and confetti and then I start doing a happy dance and drool on people....


maybe I need to find a new hobby?
