So last week was an interesting week.

1.I went to a subway, near work, for lunch. The awesome indian dudes working there were super friendly. One of them went up to me and said, "Hey, you are Scientist?"
I was like, "Naw, I'm an artist."
His friend came over and said, "But you look like Scientist."
"Well... I like to think I'm intelligent but I don't think that's always the case," I laughed, and they laughed. Then finally one of them threw up their hands and said, "Scientist, Artist... it is the same thing no?"

2. I met up with some friends at UNO's and was able to convince the majority that I was a Part Time Mall Santa. They believed me and that made me feel bad. One of my friends was so excited she was going to dress up as an elf and come visit me. My story telling skills are either becoming very convincing or I have become "that creepy guy" who would actually be a mall Santa.

3. After feeling bad for convincing my friends I was Santa, I confessed how horrible I felt to a coworker the next day at work. She told everyone in the office that I really was a Mall Santa. Pretty soon I was receiving pings from my coworkers asking if it was true. If they ask you, my shift is 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Woodfield Mall. Unlike my friends (who I told right away that I was just joking), I have not told my coworkers that it is just a joke.

4. Over the weekend My Parents threw a huge party and parties usually lead to awkwardness. Like being asked in front of a group of people "how is my love life?"... "where is the misses?"...
I should have learned by now to exclude my presence at these functions. At least the food was good.

5. Is anyone else totally digging the comic "Sky Pirates"??? *drool*
